• Orders placed with the standard shipping option are delivered within 3–5 working days.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.Exchanges PolicyExchanges for orders placed through our website may be completed either online or in-store within 14 days of delivery.For in-store exchanges, customers must provide either a screenshot of their online order confirmation or a printed (hard copy) receipt at the time of exchange.Returns & Refunds PolicyAll returns for orders placed through our website must be submitted online. In-store returns are not accepted for website orders.Once a return request has been submitted and approved, the following Service Level Agreements (SLA) apply: • Returned items will be scheduled for pickup within 48–72 hours. • All returned items will undergo inspection once they are returned to our warehouse. • Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after the item has successfully passed inspection.Return & Exchange Conditions• Items must have the TAJ tag attached• Items must be in their original condition and not damaged• We reserve the right to approve or reject refunds or exchanges based on the item’s condition   •Customers are responsible for covering all shipping fees related to approved exchange or refund requests.
