Returns & Exchanges Policy Update
Partial returns are not allowed. Orders must be kept in full or returned in full.
Don’t worry — you’re not stuck with your order. You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Exchanges Policy
Exchanges for orders placed through our website may be completed either online or in-store within 14 days of delivery.
For in-store exchanges, customers must provide either a screenshot of their online order confirmation or a printed (hard copy) receipt at the time of exchange.
Returns & Refunds Policy
All returns for orders placed through our website must be submitted online. In-store returns are not accepted for website orders.
Once a return request has been submitted and approved, the following Service Level Agreements (SLA) apply:
• Returned items will be scheduled for pickup within 48–72 hours.
• All returned items will undergo inspection once they are returned to our warehouse.
• Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after the item has successfully passed inspection.
Return & Exchange Conditions
• Items must have the TAJ tag attached
• Items must be in their original condition and not damaged
• We reserve the right to approve or reject refunds or exchanges based on the item’s condition
• Customers are responsible for covering all shipping fees related to approved exchange or refund requests.
Same Day Delivery
Same-day delivery orders must be placed before 1:00 PM.
Delivery is expected after 6:00 PM on the same day.
Same-day delivery is not available on Fridays and Saturdays.
