Package Inspection Upon Delivery

Please note that packages can no longer be opened or tried on while the courier is present. However, we offer an easy 14-day exchange and refund policy, giving you plenty of time to try your order and make sure you’re completely happy with your purchase.

For added convenience, exchanges and refunds can now also be made at our stores.

Exchange & Refund Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange or refund:

* The request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
* The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unused.
* All original tags must remain attached to the item.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for exchange or refund.

How to Request an Exchange or Refund

To request an exchange or refund, simply tap on the Exchange & Refund tab and submit your request. Our team will review your request and assist you with the next steps.

You may also visit any of our stores to exchange or return eligible items.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team to ensure that it meets the return conditions.

Once approved, our Finance Team will process the refund through the applicable refund method. Please note that the time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect may vary depending on the payment method and banking provider.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders within Cairo and Giza are delivered within 2–3 working days.

Orders to other governorates are delivered within 3–5 working days.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery orders must be placed before 4:00 PM to be delivered on the same day.

Please note that Fridays are off. Any same-day delivery order placed on Friday will be scheduled for delivery on the following day, with the same same-day delivery fee applied.
