Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping
• Orders placed with the standard shipping option are delivered within 3–5 working days.

Same-Day Delivery
• Orders must be placed before 1:00 PM to qualify for same-day delivery.
• Delivery is expected after 6:00 PM on the same day.
• Same-day delivery is not available on Fridays, Saturdays, or official holidays.

Returns & Exchanges Policy UpdatePartial returns are not allowed. Orders must be kept in full or returned in full.Don’t worry — you’re not stuck with your order. You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.Exchanges PolicyExchanges for orders placed through our website may be completed either online or in-store within 14 days of delivery.For in-store exchanges, customers must provide either a screenshot of their online order confirmation or a printed (hard copy) receipt at the time of exchange.Returns & Refunds PolicyAll returns for orders placed through our website must be submitted online.
