Partial returns are not allowed. Orders must be kept in full or returned in full.Don’t worry — you’re not stuck with your order. Returns & Refunds Policy
All returns for orders placed through our website must be submitted online. In-store returns are not accepted for website orders.Once a return request has been submitted and approved, the following Service Level Agreements (SLA) apply: • Returned items will be scheduled for pickup within 48–72 hours. • All returned items will undergo inspection once they are returned to our warehouse. • Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after the item has successfully passed inspection.
